A. Mark Stremel is a lifelong Kansas native, born in Dodge City and ultimately making his way to Manhattan, Kansas where he currently resides. Mr. Stremel has years of experience in legal practice. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas in 1976, followed by his Juris Doctor degree from the Washburn School of Law in 1991.
Mr. Stremel practices in a wide range of legal areas, focusing primarily on bankruptcy, divorce cases, business law agreements, probate matters and personal injury cases. With the goal of guiding each client to the most beneficial outcome, Mr. Stremel has years of experience in each area. He is licensed to practice in both the United States District Court and the District Courts of Kansas.
Mr. Stremel has proudly served on the Board of Directors of the Lawrence Board of Realtors. He has been certified as a Professional Standard Procedures Instructor by the National Board of Realtors, recognized by the Professional Standards Board of the Kansas Association of Realtors, served as President of the Riley County Bar Association, Board member of Emergency Relief for Manhattan Flood Victims, member of the Kansas Bar Association and member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and the National Bar Association.
Mr. Stremel's experience and guidance to those in his industry are acknowledged through his many guest lectures on the subjects of estate planning, business law and elder legal matters throughout the state of Kansas.
