M. JOSEPH KUHN is the Director of the Stremel & Kuhn Disability Law Group and is dedicated to representing individuals with disability claims before the Social Security Administration. He is licensed to practice law in Kansas and handles Social Security Disability claims throughout the Midwest. The mission of our disability law group is centered on our belief that all persons deserve to receive their Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits when severe disabling prevents them from maintaining substantial employment.

Mr. Kuhn is an active member in the Manhattan, Salina & Hays communities. He has served the Salina Area United Way as a volunteer on the agency's Priority Council and Rebuilding Lives Priority Council. In addition, while serving as the Director of Kansas Legal Services, INC., in Manhattan, Salina and Hays, he served on the United Way Agency Board of Directors. He is an active member at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church.

Mr. Kuhn was born in France at Camp Bussac U.S Army Base in 1960 and was raised in Salina, Kansas. After graduating from Salina South High School, Joe attended Kansas State University earning his B.S. in Business Administration in 1983 and then graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 1987.
